Studio Rules & Booking Conditions
At SELFME, we’ve created a calm self-portrait photo studio designed for comfort, focus and creative freedom. These guidelines help ensure a smooth session and a respectful experience for all guests.
Session Duration & Arrival Time
Session Length
Standard self-portrait sessions last 45 minutes, unless otherwise stated in your selected package.
Arrival Time
Please arrive on time or up to 5 minutes early.
If you arrive late, the session time will be reduced accordingly, as sessions cannot be extended beyond the reserved slot.
Number of Guests
The maximum number of guests allowed in the studio is 5 people, including children. If your group includes more than five guests:
- we recommend booking two time slots, or
- an additional fee of €10 per person applies after the fifth guest.
This limit ensures comfort, safety, and optimal frame composition.
Footwear Policy
Sessions take place barefoot or in clean indoor footwear.
Outdoor shoes are not permitted inside the studio.
Studio Props & Accessories
You are welcome to use the props and accessories provided in the studio. Please handle all items with care and return them to their original place after use.
Respect for the space helps maintain a pleasant environment for everyone.
Equipment & Studio Setup
All lighting and equipment are professionally set up in advance. For safety and image quality:
- please do not move or adjust any equipment
- all studio settings should remain unchanged during the session
Booking Changes & Cancellations
Rescheduling or cancellation is possible.
Please notify us as early as possible if your plans change.
Pet-Friendly Studio
SELFME is a pet-friendly self-portrait studio.
Pets are welcome, and owners are responsible for their care during the session.
Photo Usage & Privacy
Client privacy is a priority. Photos from your session are published on our website or social media only with your explicit permission.
Without consent, no images will be shared publicly.
Photo Delivery & Gallery Access
Photos are delivered via a private online gallery.
- Gallery link is sent within 24 hours after the session
- Download access is available for 1 month
If you need more time, please contact us before the gallery expires.
