PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

(Self-Portrait Photography Services)

1. General Provisions

This document constitutes a public offer (the “Offer”) by SELFME, a self-portrait photo studio located in Paphos, Cyprus, to provide self-portrait photography services under the terms described below.

By booking a session, submitting a booking request, or using the services of the studio, the Client confirms full acceptance of this Offer and agrees to its terms.

This Offer is valid indefinitely and applies to all services provided by SELFME.

2. Subject of the Offer

SELFME provides self-portrait photography sessions in a studio environment without a photographer present during the session.

The services include:

studio access for the booked time slot,
professional lighting setup,
use of selected backgrounds and studio props,
delivery of selected photographs with basic color correction.

Detailed session formats, duration, prices, and package options are published on the website.

3. Booking and Payment

Sessions are available by advance booking only.

By submitting a booking request, the Client agrees to:

select a session package,
select a background color (if applicable),
arrive on time for the scheduled session.

Payment terms are confirmed individually during the booking process.

4. Session Duration and Attendance

Standard session duration is 45 or 60 minutes, depending on the selected package.
The Client is responsible for arriving on time. Late arrival reduces the session time accordingly.
The maximum number of people in the studio during one session is up to five (5), including children.
If more than five participants are planned, additional conditions apply as stated on the website.

5. Studio Rules and Responsibility

During the session, the Client agrees to:

follow studio rules published on the website,
handle studio equipment, props, and interior items with care,
not move or adjust lighting or technical equipment.

The Client is responsible for any damage caused during the session.

6. Image Delivery

Photographs are delivered via an online gallery link.
The gallery link is sent within 24 hours after the session.
The link remains active for 30 days.
Images include basic color correction only. Detailed retouching and cropping are not included.

7. Use of Images

SELFME does not publish or use Client photographs for portfolio, website, or social media without the Client’s explicit consent.

Any publication is possible only after written or verbal approval from the Client.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

The Client may request rescheduling or cancellation of a session by notifying the studio in advance.

SELFME reserves the right to reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, informing the Client as early as possible.

9. Privacy and Personal Data

Personal data provided by the Client is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.

By booking a session, the Client confirms acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

10. Final Provisions

SELFME reserves the right to update this Offer at any time without prior notice.
The current version is always available on the website.
